We offer guided wine tours, tastings, and food experiences in the Vesuvio and Campi Flegrei area.
Each tour description includes duration, price, included services, and important notes.

3. Booking Requests

• Booking requests through the website are not considered confirmed reservations.
• You will receive a reply by email with availability, final confirmation, and payment instructions.
• Tours are subject to availability and weather conditions.

4. Payments

• Payments must be completed once your booking is confirmed by email.
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated directly (bank transfer, online payment link, etc.).
• The booking is considered confirmed only after payment is received.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour.
• Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.
• In case of bad weather or emergencies, we may propose a new date or a refund.

6. Responsibilities of Participants

Participants must:
• be in suitable physical condition for walking tours;
• follow the instructions of the guide and wineries;
• inform us in advance of any allergies or dietary restrictions.

We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, lost items, or delays caused by third parties.

7. Changes to the Tour

We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, winery availability, or safety reasons.
Any change will be communicated as soon as possible.
